Privacy
The short version: the only thing we ask for is an email address, and it is used to contact you about Dalmanutha and nothing else. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts on this site.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store:
- Your email address, as you typed it, plus a normalised form of it used only to recognise duplicate signups.
- A one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store the address itself. The hash exists so we can rate-limit abuse without holding anything that identifies your connection.
- Your browser's user-agent string, the time you signed up, and how long the anti-bot check took.
That is the whole list. We do not ask for a name, a wallet address, or anything else, and we do not attempt to infer them.
What we deliberately do not do
- No cookies. The site sets none, so there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics or tracking of any kind, first or third party.
- No third-party requests. Fonts and images are served from this domain. Loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you visited.
- We never sell, rent or share your address, and we do not use it for anything other than Dalmanutha.
Who else handles your data
One company: Resend, which delivers the confirmation email. Your address is passed to them for that purpose only. Nothing else about you leaves our server.
How long we keep it
Your address is kept until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and is closed. Anti-abuse records, which contain only hashed values, are deleted automatically after 30 days.
If you never confirm your address, it stays unconfirmed and we will not email you again.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, and we will not ask why. Because we hold so little, this is usually a single record.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Waitlist data sits on a server we control, and the confirmation link is signed so it cannot be forged or altered.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who sees it, we will update the date at the top and, if it is material, tell anyone on the waitlist directly.
